During her days of obsession with black-like musicians, Jane talked me into taking her and a bunch of her pubescent friends to see this movie. Although in todays standards, it would not be so shocking, I had to reach over and cover 4 sets of eyes during some parts.
I wish I could show you the pic of her covered in MJ buttons, wearing fingerless gloves and the big hair. LOL.

Prince is a fantastic guitarist.
Looking back, I admit that my obsession with Michael Jackson and Prince was a little odd. However, they music still is great and I have shared Jackson 5 tunes with Luke & Isabel and they love it!! I had to throw away the fingerless gloves (they were Mom's that I cut)but I still have the pins.......
It was not odd, it was just what all the cool kids were doing. Yes I do remember the cutting off the fingers of moms good leather gloves... lol.
